Wrd – House Of Latin (2CD)

Product Description

WRD – House of Latin supplies 40 recordings organised into two parts of 20 tracks each. Part 1 begins with ten Sambas and continues with ten Cha Cha Cha selections. Part 2 contains ten Rumbas, eight Jives and two Paso Dobles. Every source entry includes a named performer, tempo figure and duration, providing a detailed guide to the full programme.

The first part opens with Sergio Mendes' Emorio and includes recordings credited to Carlos Ponce, Nuria Fergo, Alberto Plaza, Mohombi, Ivete Sangalo and other performers. The Cha Cha Cha section features titles such as On Broadway, Tu Es Foutu in its radio edit, Caramelito and El Rey Tiburon. The supplied artist wording and version labels remain attached to their original songs.

The second part includes If I Give Myself (Up to You), Terre D'Oru (Fields of Gold), La Mentira and La Nave del Olvido before the Jive group. Alesha Dixon, Colin James, Rick Vito, Travis Tritt, Delbert McClinton, Jools Holland and Brian Setzer Orch appear among the credited Jive performers. Carmen de Sevilla and Manolete close the collection as Paso Dobles by La Banda. Both part boundaries and the original numbering are preserved, making the 40-track programme easy to follow. This is MP3 music with vocal and instrumental material, without a dance lesson or technical syllabus claimed.
