Product Description

The title Footloose points to the album’s pop-oriented Jive selection, but the programme begins with Cha Cha and Samba. Mirko Casadei, Gloria Estefan and Rosario appear alongside tracks carrying DJ mix credits. That mixture is useful for dancers who want familiar song material without restricting their practice music to one musical source or ensemble.

Rumba on Part 2 includes El Reloj, Libertango and Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow. The Jives then move through Kenny Loggins, Wham and Elvis Presley before two Paso Dobles credited to Juan & Gennaro. The final four entries revisit Clocks, Primavera, Miss You and Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow, each retained as its own listed recording. They give the programme a return to earlier dance categories rather than ending with a single uninterrupted block of one style.
