Tango Flow

Product Description

Tango Flow by Youlie Mouzafiarova and David Pullinger is an illustrated reference to Argentine Tango technique and dance figures. Written for dancers and dance teachers, it brings explanations of movement and figures together in a book format that can be consulted alongside practical learning. The supplied edition is in English and is classified as basic technique and basic syllabus.

The book’s emphasis is on detailed description. Illustrations accompany the explanations, giving readers a visual point of reference when working through the written material. For a dancer, this makes it useful for revisiting terminology and figure descriptions after a lesson. For a teacher, the combination of text and images offers material to consult when explaining the same movement to students.

Argentine Tango has its own movement vocabulary and partnership context, and this title is specifically identified with that dance. Its practical value lies in a focused reference to the technique and figures covered, allowing readers to return to a particular explanation rather than relying entirely on a remembered demonstration.

This 196-page, 2014 publication is presented here as a PDF Ebook. The written explanations and illustrations form the product; its identity is a dance reference book rather than a filmed lesson or performance recording.
