Product Description
Exhibition choreography can be easier to study when a section is viewed both as a partnership and as two individual parts. Bob Powers and Julia Gorchakova use that approach here: they dance together with counts, then demonstrate the man's and lady's parts from different angles before dancing the material to music.
Bob then talks through the difficult portions while they work together, and the section is danced again with music. The repeated return to the partnership connects the separate demonstrations with the finished grouping. This approximately 50-minute advanced Mambo programme lets dancers return to the same grouping with counts, individual partner views, spoken guidance and musical demonstrations.
