Gunter Noris – King of Dance Music Vol.2

Cha Cha Cha forms the largest recurring thread in the supplied Volume 2 programme. Caribbean Cocktail is followed later by Cha Cha Cuba Libre, Cha Cha Mirage, Cha Cha No 2 and Cha Cha Slide. Cheerful Cha Cha and Chihuahua Cha Cha add further choices, making this portion useful for customers seeking several tracks within the same dance category rather than a compilation with only one example of each rhythm.

Other selections extend the scope beyond Cha Cha Cha. Cancer Slow Waltz is labelled English Waltz, Capricorn Paso Doble supplies Paso Doble, and Champagne Bubbles represents Quickstep. Champagne Foxtrot, Close Together and Cocktail Foxtrot retain their different Foxtrot-related labels. Can't Stop Jiving and Cockatoo Jive bookend the collection's Jive material, while Caribbean Sunshine introduces Reggae and Charleston Darling adds Charleston.

A seasonal strand links Christmas at Home, Christmas Child, Christmas Romance and Christmas Waltz. Christmas Child is identified as English Waltz and Christmas Waltz as Viennese Waltz, offering distinct choices within that part of the repertoire. Club Night is marked March, adding another category outside the main Standard and Latin groups.

The resulting twenty-three-track selection is wider than an album built solely around one dance. It is particularly useful to dancers looking for several Cha Cha Cha choices while also keeping contrasting rhythms at hand. The track list follows the album sequence and retains the individual labels, including the distinction between Foxtrot, Slow Fox and Quick Foxtrot.
