Casa Musica – That’s Latin

Product Description

Casa Musica – That's Latin contains 13 recordings with detailed dance, performer, tempo and musical-style information. Twins Project and Limelights provide the credited repertoire, covering Cha Cha Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Rumba and Samba. The source programme includes French, English and Spanish vocals alongside an instrumental Paso Doble, giving the collection a varied musical character within its Latin dance focus.

C'Est Ca, Heart and On Broadway form the opening Cha Cha Cha selections. A Warm Summer Day, Tom Dooley, Cupid and On the Radio follow as Jive recordings with different source tempo values. España Cañi is identified by its phrasing and three major highlights, while Meu Dilema provides the Rumba selection. Ready for Take Off, La Bamba, La Cumbia and Take a Chance complete the programme as Samba recordings.

For dancers choosing music, the useful detail lies in the combination of song title, dance code and tempo beside every entry. The source also distinguishes pop, evergreen, country-and-western and dance-orchestra material, rather than treating all vocal recordings as one style. The complete list preserves these distinctions and each individual duration. Customers can therefore browse the supplied programme by rhythm or repertoire while keeping its original sequence. This is an MP3 music collection with vocal and instrumental material, without an accompanying dance syllabus or video lesson programme.
