Product Description
The Lounge Legend Ballroom Collection – Standard Dances brings together 20 entries credited to a range of dance orchestras and performers. The collection combines familiar popular standards with waltz-related and orchestral repertoire, giving listeners several musical identities within one ballroom-themed programme. Every entry includes its original performer credit and individual playing time, making the collection useful for selecting repertoire as well as browsing by artist.
Walzer Opus 39 Nr. 15 opens the programme, followed by Moon River and Eternity Melody. Wiegenlied Von Brahms leads into a three-melody Hugo Strasser entry combining Stern Von Rio, Rote Rosen, Rote Lippen, Roter Wein and Tanze Mit Mir In Den Morgen. Other selections include Guantanamera, La Cumparsita, Autumn Leaves and Schatzwalzer. The later repertoire features The Thornbirds, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head, Smoke Gets In Your Eyes and In Apple Blossom Time before a closing group including Goody Goody and I Got Rhythm.
The original credits include Werner Tauber, Béla Sanders, Max Greger, Hugo Strasser, Günter Noris, Bert Kaempfert and other named ensembles. Combined titles remain together as single programme entries, preserving the musical grouping rather than turning each component melody into a separate track. This variety is useful for customers seeking orchestral ballroom repertoire from several performers. The MP3 collection supplies music for listening or accompaniment; it does not add track-by-track tempo figures, competition suitability or dance categories absent from the original programme.
