The Best Of Latin Music Vol.7 – Todo Latino

Spanish-language vocals provide the opening character of Todo Latino, the seventh volume in Casa Musica’s The Best of Latin Music series. Ednita Nazario, Daniela Romo and Bo Katzman Gang introduce a programme that brings together several performers rather than concentrating on one orchestra or singer.

Pandora appears twice, while Luba, Los Amaya, Thalía and Mijares add further voices to the selection. This variety is useful for customers who want to compare performers and choose individual recordings for their Latin music collection. The artist column makes those choices straightforward, without having to infer a performer from a song title.

Later in the running order, Joe Loss, Ambros Seelos and Helly Kumpusch contribute the Spanish Gipsy Dance, Spanish Flamenco Matadors and España Cani selections. The closing stretch changes emphasis again, with three Alma Cogan recordings surrounding Ava’s seven-minute True Love. That longer track contrasts with the shorter selections elsewhere in the programme.

Presented as vocal and instrumental Latin music, this album offers a varied repertoire for listening and selecting dance accompaniment. The complete sixteen-track list retains the original sequence and durations. No track-specific dance assignments or tempo figures have been added where the source provides none.
