New Steps to Success – Tango provides a structured progression of Tango material divided into three Beginner, three Intermediate, and three Advanced sections.
The program develops familiar syllabus figures into increasingly complex groups, helping dancers study changes of direction, promenade actions, pivots, syncopated timing, line figures, and advanced competitive combinations. The material includes both standard figures and open variations, allowing students to expand their choreography while maintaining clear timing and partner connection.
Each level is demonstrated in a practical sequence, making the video useful for dancers progressing through different stages of Tango training. A concluding One Point Advice section provides additional technical guidance.
