Product Description

Latin Unlimited – Cafe Paradiso presents 16 music selections arranged for the five Latin ballroom dance groups. Four Sambas open the programme, followed by four Cha Cha Cha recordings, four Rumbas, one Paso Doble and three Jives. Each entry includes a performer credit and a source tempo value, making the programme easy to browse by dance or artist.

Pinata's Ambosano opens the collection, followed by El Baile de Osito, Eoea! Que Viva la Noche and Clinica Geral. The Cha Cha Cha group includes Ande Yo Caliente, Ola Chica, Grove with Me Tonight and Y'a Qu'les Filles Qui M'Interessent. Alberto Torres & Rafaela introduce the Rumba section with No Me Ames, followed by Tu Libertad, La Playa and Si Te Vas. Spanish Gipsy Dance by Orquesta Torres Avila provides the Paso Doble selection.

Big Time Operator, Queer for Cat and Only You complete the album as Jive recordings, with credits to Big Band Batty Bernie, Jaggy Joe & The Swingin' Swingers and Jungle James. The complete source programme preserves these names, the original titles and all tempo figures in their supplied order. Individual running times were not provided and are not invented. The collection contains vocal and instrumental music; its practical value is the clearly identified dance repertoire rather than choreography lessons or technical demonstrations.
