Body Basics – Latin Technique with Michael Malitowski & Joanna Leunis
Body Basics is a unique Latin training video featuring multiple-time World Latin Champions Michael Malitowski & Joanna Leunis. Rather than focusing on complex choreography, this program concentrates on the movement principles and body mechanics that create authentic Latin dancing.
The instructional format allows dancers to study every movement from multiple perspectives. Each dance is demonstrated with music, without music, with figure names, and with separate counting for both leader and follower, making it easier to analyze timing, rhythm, and body coordination.
This course is particularly valuable for dancers who want to improve movement quality, understand how elite dancers generate power and expression, and observe world-class technique in detail.
