Product Description
Box Step, Progressive Forward & Back and Balance Steps give Anyone Can Dance Waltz three distinct opening subjects. Donald Johnson and Kasia Kozak then add Underarm Turn and Balance Promenade before moving to Simple Twinkle. The sequence gives newer dancers a range of clearly named actions rather than presenting Waltz only through one repeating basic.
Face to Face – Back to Back introduces another partner relationship, while Triple Twinkle extends the twinkle material in the collection. Those later subjects are useful identifiers for students who already know the box and want to broaden the combinations they discuss with a teacher. A practice session can concentrate on balancing, turning or a twinkle, depending on the dancer's current needs.
The programme is intended for beginning-to-intermediate learners and is taught by National Ballroom Dance Champions. Its appeal is the variety within an accessible Waltz selection: forward and backward progression, balance actions, promenade and changing partner orientation all have their own place. Students can return to a single named subject as confidence grows, while teachers have a concise repertoire to draw on when introducing another element to a student's dancing.
