Anyone Can Dance Foxtrot gives its beginning and intermediate material separate places in the programme. The opening section contains Foxtrot Basic, Promenade, Rock Turn to Left & Right, and Sway Step & Underarm Turn. Donald Johnson and Kasia Kozak then demonstrate those four steps, providing a defined group for students to revisit during their first study sessions.
Zig Zag opens the intermediate section. Promenade with Underarm Turn develops a partner-turning combination, followed by Simple Twinkle and Fallaway Twinkles. The two twinkle subjects make the later section particularly relevant to customers looking for that family of Foxtrot material. A second demonstration reviews the four intermediate steps.
