Bronze East Coast Swing – Nazar Norov

Nazar Norov and Irina Kudryashova present Bronze East Coast Swing, beginning with basic steps, turning basics and the Throw Out. The programme continues through underarm turns, the Cradle, Sugar Push Throw Out and Whirlpool. Groups of figures are demonstrated throughout, with a dance demonstration at the end, giving dancers a way to review the steps in context.
