Whips appear in several different forms in West Coast Swing: Fun Variations. Toby and Harmony Munroe open with 3-D Whip and Around the Neck & Roll, then introduce Inside 3 Wall Whip, Sling Shot & Hammer Check and Half Whip with Man's Headloop to Bow. The first demonstration reviews those five figures before the second group begins.
Pickoff Whip starts the later material. Tuck & Kneepops and Alternating Hammerlocks follow, bringing a different emphasis to the repertoire before Left to Left Circular Whip and Eggbeater & Taps complete the ten variations. The figure names identify a mix of whip development, hand relationships and accents that customers can select according to the material they want to study.
A demonstration of Figures 6–10 and a final dance demonstration complement the individual variations.
