The Music Of German Open 2014 is a ballroom music album by the Boris Myagkov Big Band, featuring 20 vocal and instrumental tracks for all ten International ballroom dances. Released in 2014, the album was created for the German Open Championships (GOC) and presents contemporary songs, movie themes, and classic standards arranged at authentic ballroom tempos for practice, teaching, competitions, showcases, and social dancing.
The collection covers the complete 10 Dance program, including Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, Quickstep, Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. The album features ballroom adaptations of popular titles such as Earth Song, Welcome To Burlesque, Theme From Spider-Man, All The Things You Are, Y Viva España, and many other well-known melodies performed in the signature big band style of Boris Myagkov.
