Technique & Performance opens the timestamped subjects in Ron Montez's Competitor's Library video, followed by Costuming and Flexibility. Powers of Observation and Sync & Match complete the five-topic selection. The mixture gives the recording a wider preparation focus than a lesson devoted only to one figure or routine.
Costuming places presentation alongside the technical work, while flexibility offers a separate physical subject to examine. Observation then introduces another way to approach performance review, and Sync & Match brings coordination within the dancing into focus. Competitors can select a topic that corresponds to a current training question and use it as a starting point for discussion with a coach or partner.
The original timestamp markers are particularly useful for identifying the subjects: 0:59, 3:30, 4:06, 8:19 and 9:55.
