Mambo Silver Variations – Felipe Telona

Mambo Silver Variations is an instructional MP4 video presented by Felipe Telona Jr. & Carolina Orlovsky-Telona, designed for dancers who already have a solid understanding of the Silver-level Mambo syllabus and its terminology. Rather than teaching the basic patterns, this course introduces variations—different ways of grouping, combining, and developing familiar syllabus figures into more creative and dynamic sequences.

The instructors demonstrate advanced combinations enhanced with additional elements including multiple turns, Copas, Hammerlocks, Spot Turns, and Fifth Position Breaks. Each variation is explained and then presented in complete demonstrations, helping dancers improve partner connection, timing, lead and follow, and overall movement quality. These variations are suitable for social dancing, showcases, and competition routines, while allowing experienced dancers to expand their choreography beyond the standard syllabus.

Note: This video assumes that the basic Silver syllabus figures are already known and does not review the fundamental patterns.
