I Do Want To Dance is an instrumental dance music album produced and performed by David Read using the Korg PA3X arranger keyboard. Created specifically for UK sequence dancing, the album offers dance-friendly arrangements with tempos tailored to sequence dancers.
Unlike traditional ballroom recordings, the Quicksteps and Jives are performed at slower tempos, while the Swing tracks follow slow Quickstep timing and the Blues and Saunters are arranged with tempos similar to Slow Foxtrot, making the collection well suited for social sequence dance practice and events.
