Medleys are central to Music, Music, Music, giving Bryan Smith and His Happy Piano's instrumental programme a different shape from a collection made entirely of individual songs. The opening Foxtrot combines Back in Your Own Back Yard, All of Me and Ida Sweet as Apple Cider. Another brings together Play a Simple Melody, A Pretty Girl Is Like a Melody and Love Walked In, allowing familiar tunes to follow one another within the same selection.
Quickstep entries include Baby Face with Five Feet Two Eyes of Blue, while the Waltz repertoire combines Are You Lonesome Tonight, Meet Me Tonight in Dreamland and Edelweiss. The Waltz groups also include Together, Alice Blue Gown and Let the Rest of the World Go By.
