The Best Of The Dansan Years Vol. 8 brings together 18 selections with featured credits for Carlos Romanos & His Orchestra and Berry Lipman Singers. The programme includes both individual song titles and alternative titles, making the featured credits useful when selecting a particular recording.
Siboney, Uva Uva Uva and The Gentle Rain appear among the orchestra-featured selections. Summer Night and My Heart Skips a Beat (Girls from Paramaribo) introduce the singers’ credits, which return on Mexican Moonlight, Just for You (Not at All) and later entries. This gives the collection variety without treating every title as the same kind of performance.
The full programme retains the documented running times beside all 18 titles. These help customers distinguish the listed recordings and plan their listening, while the original order places the two credit groups throughout the album rather than dividing them into separate releases.
