Argentine Tango – Milonguero Style Volume I introduces the fundamentals of the Milonguero (close embrace) style of Argentine Tango. Taught by Christy Coté and George Garcia, the course focuses on partner connection, walking technique, ochos, turns, sacadas, and other essential movements commonly used in social dancing.
The program presents ten progressive figures followed by improvisational demonstrations that show how the material can be combined naturally on the dance floor. As the first volume of a two-part series, it provides a solid foundation for dancers beginning to study Milonguero-style Tango.
