Basic East Coast Swing is followed by basics turning right and left in this Bronze American Rhythm programme. Donald Johnson and Kasia Kozak then introduce Throw Out and an inside underarm turn before the first demonstration. That opening establishes a defined group of material for beginning-to-intermediate students to review before continuing to more developed partner combinations.
The middle section is particularly useful for customers studying tuck-ins. It distinguishes a free-spin tuck-in from handshake, a free-spin version from double handhold and an underarm tuck-in from double handhold. Alternating Underarm Turns, Shoulder Check and Cradle follow, with another grouped demonstration. These separate versions let a student identify the specific starting relationship they need to revisit.
The final group extends Cradle into Hammerlock, then adds Sugar Push Throw Out, Double Face Loop, Opposition Break & Roll Out and Whirlpool. A demonstration of Figures 11–15 closes the documented programme. Across approximately 182 minutes, the combination of named figures, tuck-in variants and regular review sections makes the recording a substantial Bronze reference. Teachers can select a handhold or pattern family for concentrated work, while students can return to the corresponding demonstration as familiarity develops.
