Ambros Seelos – Super Oldies Tanz Party offers a 16-selection instrumental dance programme built around familiar songs and medleys. La Bamba opens the collection, followed by Cha Cha Medley, Melodie d'Amour and La Pastorella. The supplied list combines individual titles with medleys identified by dance style, rather than presenting a uniform sequence of one ballroom rhythm.
The first half includes Amboss Polka, Jive Medley, Foxtrot Medley and Walzer Medley. Later selections include Klarinettenmuckl, Unchained Melodie, Marina, Du Schwarzer Zigeuner and S'Bummerl. The final three entries are Disco-Fox Medley, Rock and Roll Medley and Can Can, broadening the programme beyond Standard ballroom music alone.
Individual songs alternate with medleys, giving the programme a mix of self-contained melodies and longer linked selections. The original catalogue provides some combined codes and a decimal value for Disco-Fox Medley. These are retained as source metadata rather than being translated into an assumed tempo system. Internal medley songs and individual running times are not advertised where the source does not document them.
