Product Description
The sixth Congreso Internacional de Tango Argentino provides the setting for this March 2004 collection from Buenos Aires. Two theatre shows give the programme its stage-performance element, while selected milonga exhibitions broaden the viewing beyond the theatre setting.
The cast is unusually extensive: established partnerships appear alongside individually credited performers, including Carlos Gavito and María Plazaola, Milena Plebs and Ezequiel Farfaro, and Guillermina Quiroga. For Tango enthusiasts, that breadth makes the recording useful as a collection of different performers within the same congress. The complete supplied cast is retained below, so viewers can identify the names represented without mistaking the list for a competition ranking.
