Learn the rhythm, movement, technique and style from basic variations right through to the advanced movements used by leading competitive dancers.

The basic syllabus figures are shown and then the developments of those figures to the advanced level necessary to compete today. Groups containing the figures are then shown so that by using different combinations you will be able to build up a very successful competitive choreography.
