Shipment Processing Time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on product availability. NiceDancing does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
We ship each item as soon as it is available, so it is not unusual for you to receive your order in separate shipments.
To ensure prompt delivery, NiceDancing may ship backorder items, custom-made items and special orders via international suppliers.
To provide us with special delivery instructions for your order, please Contact Us. You may also leave a Customer Comment at the Check Out page. Upon receipt of your special delivery instructions, we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipment Status
All shipments are trackable. After your order is shipped, you may track parcels directly in “My account”.
Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
NiceDancing ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. NiceDancing is not responsible for any fees occurs in transit: If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
