Please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• The Competitor must be a genuine e-commerce website where orders are made online, not via the telephone or mail order, which also needs to be fully operational.
• The product you find on the internet that offers a lower price needs to be the same identical product that is sold on our site.
• The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to membership / wholesale pricing.
• The Lower Price Guarantee does not apply to items found on auction sites.
• The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to using coupons/rebates, promotional offers, back-order clearance, closeouts, special orders, typographical errors in advertisements or product-bundle pricing on the order.
• The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to discontinued or unavailable items on the competitor’s website.
• The Shipping & handling charges and sales tax will be included in the competitor’s price.
• The Lower Price Guarantee refund is limited to a maximum of $100 per Lower Price Guarantee request. The price discrepancy must not be less than $1.00 per match request.
