Incorrect Items

At NiceDancing, we are committed to processing your order correctly. In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please Request Return in My Account. Upon receipt of it, we will e-mail you the return approved confirmation along with return instructions and a return address.

Missing Items

Since we might ship your items from different warehouse locations, some items will arrive separately. Please kindly check your shipment confirmation e-mail or the Packing Slip within the shipment to see whether items in your order are being shipped. You may also Log in My Account to view the status of your order. If the status indicates that your entire order has been shipped, please track your shipment by using the tracking number we sent you or contact Us.
