If you would like to change your order item(s), please sign in My Account to cancel the original order and place the new one. We try to accommodate each request based upon the status of each order. Please review the following three status conditions.
When the Order Status is “Pending Payment”
When your order status is Pending Payment, you may cancel the order directly in My Account and simply place a new one.
When the Order Status is “Processing”
When your order is Processing, your order may already have entered the shipping process, at which point it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy or Contact Us for your order status update.
When the Order Status is “Completed”
When your order status is Completed, It is currently being shipped it to you, at which point it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returning Items and Return Policy.
