From Beginners to Champions Lecture


The program is intended for the trainers of sporting dance, for the dancers of levels D, C (Basic variation), and B, A, M class (Advanced variation).

    • Exercises to improve the Balance using the basic actions for each dance
  3. Rhythm
    • Different approach to listen to the music
  4. Coordination
    • Coordination between the Balance and the Rhythm
    • Exercises to understand the Coordination using basic exercise for Slow Foxtrot and Waltz
